WOW ! ! ! Shelby http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/images/smiles/smile.gif! 4.5 miles ! It must have been a beautiful scenic day! I am so envious. After sitting at the computer most of the weekend catching up on correspondence, I insisted my hubby and I go out Sunday night - we strolled for about half an hour downtown- maybe a mile at most! (got my innards working this morning though - so I'm going to go WI !)

Exercise does produce natural endorphins that make one feel good. Keep it up!

You are a LOT closer than you realize, i think, and the scale is moving in the right direction, so keep at it!!! Have you gone into the center recently to talk to a counselor about the problems youve "been" having stayin OP?? Just curious...dont feel too bad about the ice cream---my BF made the most incredible homemade cookies ive ever seen!! So big and chunky and SOFT!!! I couldnt resist, had to try half a cookie, and it was better than anything i ever imagined.... OP TODAY Everyone!!

Naw, I've been avoiding the center...oddly been two weeks and no one's called to see if I'm still alive...now I'm just waiting to see how long it takes for them to realize I'm mia. The MRC center I did mail order out of FL if I didn't call on the 3rd day they'd call me...

Default Tracker

Congratulations Shelby!
It's the rewards that can help keep you OP! About the Tracker - when you update it in your Signature, it updates it everywhere you have already posted but you also have to go back into your profile and up date the Current weight in the S/C/G place.
I'm not to surprised the gals at MRC have not called you. Since the center opened 11 May -360 pounds have been lost collectively - over 60 new clients - wish I knew the real number, I'll post it tomorrow. Everyone is new, including Jacquie - they are all still learning and trying to get everything done, done right, stay happy and enthusiastic (and On Program too!) Elene was there for a month just to help Jacquie but she is gone now - Jacquie has worked so many hours overtime and is is cutting back a bit now. They are good group and will become better as they continue and things become routine, but right now, they will drop the ball sometimes and not even realize it.
Keep up the good work - jeanette

Yeah I figured it was because they were just getting up and running...shoot they probably don't even know that the other offices track you down if you disappear...the times when you're not calling or not stopping in are the moments when they really need to keep you on track...

Did a 1/2 hour work out on my airclimber last night and a 1/2 hour in the gym this morning.

Basically on program food wise but definetly not 100%...maybe 75%...especially not at night...but I do the best I can meal to meal and that's all I can hope for!!!

Good luck ladies...today is a new day!!

I think thats great that they finally called you!! Maybe what you NEEDED was a game plan...its so much harder to go at a journey like this alone, and isnt the extra support one of the things we all wanted (and paid extra for) with MRC?? Go back in, weigh-in and assess the situation. They arent going to judge you, they are there to help you!!
--Side not--today is weigh-in for me...i will post about the results after i go in...last week i dropped 2 pounds(my biggest loss in a week so far) so im not expecting anything too huge for this week...i will be happy with a pound or even half a pound, as long as i show a loss...However, i HAVE still been snacking, and yesterday i even ate a HALF A COOKIE!!! it was SO SO good too...oh well...

Default Vacation

Well, guys, I'm about to put myself to the test - a week at the beach just the two of us - usually that means eating shrimp and drinking beer - we'll see how well I can stay OP or at least make wise choices - At least we are in a condo and do most of our own cooking. I have been losing so nice and regular but I am just almost at the half way point - I do not want to slow this down, but I also want to have fun - have a vacation!!! We do plan to walk everyday so that will be good.

You are doing great Shelby! I'm glad Shelda got back from her vacation and called you. I'm glad you've got a game plan. I do so much better when someone says: Do this. I can follow directions, but if they say make your own choices, I can't keep straight what I'm supposed to do and I don't change my habits. MRC has really been good for me in that regard - here's the menu - do this.

Hope you did well with your WI Mkroyer. I hope you all have a good week - I think I'll have internet access so I will check up on us if I can. jeanette
