I fell off the wagon last week and I took saturday and 'kinda' ate not so allowed foods, lol! But I started fresh on sunday, and I also starting taking the All Day Weight Loss pills. I am down 2 pounds, I have noticed that w/ the All Day Weight Loss I am not as hungry in the later afternoon. I am just doing this to help get me re-started on my weight loss journey. I am excited and I will beat this weight.
Hey junebaby, just remember the wagon is kind of like a bicycle. Sometimes you get off the bicycle but you never forget how to ride it. If you slip up and get off the wagon just remember you still know how to drive it. Get back on it, grab the reins and get control of it again. I fell off the wagon a time or two during my time on program but realized it was just a small step and I jump right back on and decided I can control my life even if there are a few little bumps in the road. Congrats on getting control of the reins again and the loss you had. Huggers!!!
