My weekly weigh in...............

  • I was up a pound. But honestly I am not surprised cause I had half a donut yesterday like a bad gurl. But it was calling me and my son and Mother were walking around the house w/ them in their hands. I am weak when it comes to food and I know this, so I try to always have my water in hand. But even the strongest of peeps fall from time to time. I am only human. But I am not going to beat myself over it. I am going to continue to follow my eating plan and jog as before and lose this stupid weight. I can't give up cause I am not happy at what I see in the mirror.

    I totally agree with you way of thinking. It's the people that think its a terrible thing to slightly stray that usually end up giving up. When I stray I just make myself jump right back on the wagon, grab the reins and get control again. I have only been on MRC for a month but believe it or not, I have strayed twice. Once with pizza and again with beer. But I decided that since I only ate once slice of spinach pizza and a big salad that it was better than what I used to do, which was eat about 4 or 5 slices of a large supreme pizza. So apparently my eating habits have changed quite a bit, which is a wonderful thing. Anyway, no more rambling, hang in there hun!!! We are here for you!!!! Huggers!!!
