Not a diet question

I am having hard time to insert my picture, I even sized it but it still did not upload. How did you do it? :dizzy:

Not sure if this is the problem but I was confused about this when I joined. The picture that shows up when you post is called your avatar. The profile picture just shows if someone clicks on your profile. Once I realized that, I got my avatar on very easily. Hope that helps :)
