Back Again, This time for good.

Well - I was only around for a few weeks last time, but, the Message Board bug has bit me again, and I will be sticking around.

I'm waiting for my HNS's to get here, should arrive via Fed Ex today!!!

Hey, where did u get ur HNS from? I found a site on the puter that I order some things from, and I get the liquid protein from the center. I think I have broke my plateau but I am not jumping fo rjoy, yet, lol!
