Fallen off the wagon
I have a question hopefully somebody can help me.I have been on MRC since the end of may and have lost 43 pounds so far.For the last three weeks I have not been sticking to the program and gained about 5 pounds back.I am wondering if I should do the breakthrough portion of the diet again or just pick up where I left off.I am not currently with the center but doing this on my own right now.:dizzy:

I fell off 3-4 days each week for about 6 weeks and my center told me to just start where I left off.

Hey Shannon - good to see you back. I have been on and off lately, too. It's like I lost some and then instead of being motivated to keep going, I somehow started getting complacent. UGH.

Anyone with great breakthrough advice here? I'm having the same problems. I was down almost 50 and have gained about 5 back. I can't get back on track! HELP!

Everyone seems to have the same problem, even me! Isn't this what we are paying the big $$$ for, to have the counselors help us with this? What have they suggested to everyone? Let's pool our ideas!
