do you mind if I ask how much you have lost at this point. we started about the same time. I did get weighted in the other day and was happy to see I had lost 2lbs. I have so much fat in my mid section that is going to take a while for me to see results. once I can see the change that will encourge me to keep keeping on. I have just started the cort-trim and will see how that goes.thank you for your response. hope to hear from you again Paula
