Fiber Suppliments?
 

Does anyone have any suggestions as to other fiber suppliments you can use instead of the pricy MRC Fiberfills? I love the aftermarket posting of HNS alternatives, but are there other fibers that we can use and still stay on plan? My friend gave me this jar of stuff, white powder in a green bottle that looks like it has pretty close to the same ingreidents as what you can buy at MRC but its not flavored and much less expensive? Are we allowed to use metamusil, or something similiar as long as it dosen't have added sugar?? I want to ask my center but they will just push me to buy theirs... $11 a box for fiber just seems a bit crazy to me... However it does help with "things " :o as well as the hunger factor....
