Hi, I have my initial consultation next week and I was wondering how well MRC works? Is it worth the price? Any advice? Thanks.

It absolutely works - if you follow it. If you're ready to get serious & do the work & follow the program, it will work for you. And while I can't answer for anyone else, as far as I was concerned, it was absolutely worth the price for me.

Thanks, lol, I just want to make sure I'm not wasting my time and money.

MRC has been the fastest, healthiest, most effective plan I have ever done. Best of all it includes classes that address the issues that got you overweight in the first place, and a year of maintenance to help you keep it off for good.

Best of health to you.

Come join us on the main thread "Take 25".

lsa1130 - this is the only plan I have been successful on - down 90.5 lbs now. It's a complete program, food, exercise encouragement, one-on-one consultations and great cooking and behavior modification classes. I see you are in Nebraska. If you are near the Bellevue center, I'm going to be speaking at our first ever peer inspiration class on the 12th of August - the classes are all free. Hope to see you there and get to know you on-line! We all chat on the main thread - mrc take 25 now.

Just a little tip (for inspiration) - you can click on any of our avatars and see our before and after photos. Those are always fun to look at!

Thanks Gina, I'm Lisa by the way, for the information. I will indeed be going to the Bellevue center. I'm not sure I will be in the aug 12th class as I have my first consult on the 14th. I am getting really excited to see what the program is all about, with all the posts saying how good it is. Great job on the weight loss. I did, lol, sneak a peek at the before and after photos.

Let us know if we can answer any questions for you. I remember how confusing it all seemed in the beginning and now it's second nature.

I love the program and yea it is worth it, It is not a quick fix, you work hard and they show you how to keep it off... Good Luck

I just started in July, but I definitely think it is worth it. I am in Omaha as well, but not at the Bellevue Center.

I did go overboard with buying supplements at the beginning. I am working on not buying some every time they are there.

My center does a special when you buy five boxes. I'm not sure if the others do or not.

I started on July 2,2008 and have lost 20lbs so far. I feel great. It is a lot of money but it is worth it to me because I haven't been able to do it on my own. They do have great class to help you figure out how you got the way you are and how to figure out not to get back there. The support system is great. I love getting messages on my phone that say "Whooo Hoooo congratulations on your loss this week" It really is great! I go to the Brandon,FL location and we get a deal if we buy 5 HSN, too.
