:carrot: Yup - I signed up today!!! And my daughter is going to join tomorrow so we can do it together!!! I go for my initial meeting next friday and start the conditioning tomorrow!!!!! I am totally confused lol!!!! Was lookin at the recipie thread and got more confused!!!! But its ok - hopefull I will get it figured out!!! Like - whats a creamy??? and can I use those recipies now??? Or wait till after the meeting Friday when I get my NHS???

you guys are gonna get tired of me askin a million questions! I am so ready for this - and so ready to just feel better!!!!!!

Don't let things here confuse you ;) It'll all be explained to you at the food instruction class next Friday. Just focus on your preconditioning this week - get off the caffeine slowly (if you use a lot now), drink lots of water, get your body ready for that first real menu. Congrats!

I just re-signed on Friday. I am super motivated this time around so hopefully I will have success. I am already down 5.3 lbs (mostly water weight) since Friday 8/15!! Please keep your fingers crossed that I will persevere and stay motivated!!

I'm doing it with my mom, too. She's in another city, so we don't go together, but we call each other after our weigh-ins, and it's really nice to have someone encouraging you. It also makes eating on visits home much easier! She has about 180 lbs to lose, and I have 80. We're losing at different rates (she's much faster), but we cheer each other on, and it's nice to have someone celebrating with you at another loss. good luck to you and your daughter!

Good luck! I joined 19 days ago and have lost 13 lbs and 11 inches! Love the program!

Just thought I would let you know that my mom and I are on the program together also. She joined before me and got to sign the 70 lb. board on Friday. I just started the program on the 12th and have lost a total of 8 lbs. including the pre conditioning weight. She has about 130 more to lose and I have about 70 more to go. We live in the same town so that makes it nice. We get together once a week so it's great to know that she will be making food that we can eat OP! Good luck!
