I was catching up on things and must say 3mm your sister needs to know you have a life! I drive a dealer car and when my kids or anybody want to eat in it I do freak out. Donuts I'm so proud of you. I brought my DH to my last weigh in and showed him the poster of you and your family at the end of the hall. He's been very jealous of my online group. You look amazing and you are truly a poster child for this program, thanks for all your inspiration. Jewelie I hear you about the fat %. I am at 32%, but I'm down 9% and 39 inches since the beginning so I think the % are sometimes off.

The only good news I have is that I didn't gain any weight over the last month of **** with my mom in the hospital and stuff. And I get to stabilize at the next stabilization party in May. Thank god for good news.
I am sorry about your mom! This is surely an emotional time in your life. You have done awesome to maintain with the stress your under. Congrats on your weight loss and upcoming stabalization!

Way to go Ms. Gigi. You should be proud!

Angierue: I love the picture. You are so pretty and you look so happy.

Miriam:I'm sorry you have been in such a "slump" lately. How about making a list about why you want to lose weight? You can brainstorm and then rank them. I bet you come up with some really good reasons that might spur you on. Good luck to you. I really do hope things get better. If you read back over the posts on here, you will see that most of us have or are dealing with some of the same feelings you are having. We are here for you.

I weigh in today. I'm hoping it's a good one! I'll let you know.

Hi everybody. Way to go on all losses. I am soooo jealous. I have been so bad. We are having testing all week at school ( I work at the Jr. High) so there are lots of goodies in the teacher lounge. So I have a little bite of this and a little bite of that and before you know it I'm parked at sonic eating a hamburger. WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME????
I feel like I have given myself permission to eat whatever I want for the next month. We will be moving at the end of may, and I think something in my brain says "just wait until then, and then you can start back up." But I don't want to do that. When we move back, I want my old friends to see how hard I have been working. What do I do? I'm so sick of this. Cheating, feeling guilty, and cheating and feeling guilty. It is an endless cycle. I want to do this. I need to do this. So what is wrong?
I'm going to plaster my house with signs that say "hey fat ---, don't eat that!!" Maybe that will help!!!

WI today and was up 1 pound...Of course, that sucks and blows!!! The counselor did the tanita today and I was holding 1.5 pounds of water. Why in heck does my body hold water like that? She said that sometimes right after TOM women will hold water for a few days. Hmmph! It's been 4 days now!!! I wanna squash that theory real bad!

Now on a positive note. I am now down 40 inches and my bmi went down to 29. I lost 3.6% body fat, which is good. I try to remember the quote about the scale when it doesn't move....(was it donuts quote, can't remember), but I sure am glad to be able to rant to you all. It gives my poor family a little break from hearing it...

WOW--40 inches is AWESOME As you know, I've been struggling with the scale all of April, so I know EXACTLY how you feel. Just keep focused on the postives that you've accomplished so far and try (even though it's really hard) not to focus on the scale number.

Thanks for the hair compliment. I actually like going when I'm feeling all "crazy". I usually end up liking it way better. Of course, you really do have to trust your stylist if you're going to do that!

Only 5 lbs from your goal!?! That has got to be a great feeling. Especially considering all you have been through the last month. Way to go!

--------------------

Alright, little me update. I weight to weigh in this morning and I was actually UP 1/2 a pound. I was a little bummed about that but after reading about the cukes and cottage cheese, I might know why! I'm going to do a B6 flush (someone asked about that... I do 250mg and take 4 pills all at once then drink a LOT of water) tomorrow.

But, while I was there, I asked to look at my chart and wanted to look at my inches. I then realized that I have lost SIX inches just in my waist. SIX INCHES! That's 1/2 a foot! That made me feel a lot better.

I also got them to email me the picture from when I signed the 30 lb board. I normally HATE full body shots but for some reason, I don't hate this one so thought I would share with y'all.

That's about it for me. Hope everyone has a great week and we all have some big losses!

All pounds should have buddies to travel with.
