IRISHLAD -- there is a huge difference everywhere: your arms are much thinner, your chest is flatter & less broad, your tummy is much smaller as well, and your second chin is gone, etc.

I agree with KATY; your mind is playing tricks on you. At first, it's hard to see that you have lost anything, but others can; then you can see you're thinner, but not by how much although others are awed by the difference. You look younger too, btw ... :)

Yes, you have definitely lost that much! Just remember that your weight is falling off your body evenly; face, tummy, arms, legs, butt. Once you put all of that together, you will see that the 88lbs has come off your body :)
