Any Men on a Ketogenic diet?
 

Hey guys, started my Keto diet today and loving it.
Love the food I can eat, love that it will help me lose weight, and love being energized all day.
Feel free to share your highs and lows as well as any other advice.
I did the keto diet when I was a senior in highschool and lost weight fast as well as had an amazing rush of energy all day. It's just crazy how energized this make you feel.
It's said to increase your energy level by 3 fold.
