Medifast Reboot - Week 1

  • Hey friends. I fell way off of plan and am on a mission to refocus. I decided to start posting my daily weigh-ins here again to help keep me motivated and motivate others. I did this last year when I started Medifast at about 365 lbs. Some of you reached out to me about it being motivational, so I figured that I should do it again. I know the plan works. But I've got to work the plan. Well, here goes round 2

    Week 1: Monday Oct. 16 - Sunday Oct. 22
    Mon: 344.2
    Tue: 342.2
    Wed: 338.8
    Thu: 336.0
    Fri: 334.6

  • Wow, I'm down 12 lbs so far. I know it's mostly water weight, but still feels good.

    I also fell off the wagon (hard!) last year, and am trying Medifast for the first time. I am down 30 lbs since September 4, and it hasn't been that hard. I will be reading along and I'm cheering your progress
  • Down exactly 12 lbs this week. What a morale boost. I can see the 320s coming right around the bend.
