Could someone please explain to me the difference between medifast and optavia??? They are completely different weight loss programs?? Are the foods interchangable? It appears that you are either on one program or the other...which is best???:dizzy:

The foods are completely interchangeable. As long as you get 5 plus your one lean & green meal, you are good to go.

Medifast is slowly going through rebranding, to the more "natural" Octavia products. All Medifast products are sold on both the Medifast website AND the TSFL website, whereas Optavia products are only available on the TSFL website.

Personally, I started ordering from Medifast, but then moved over to new account and ordering from the TSFL site since there are a few Optavia products that are my "go to's" (Cran Chili nut bar, cinnamon swirl cakes, and the chocolate cherry ganache bars). The TSFL site comes with a free health coach, but I told mine I didn't need her and she leaves me alone. Others find them helpful, though.
