HI
This is my second attempt on medifast- I did it a few years ago and looked good.
I really don't have much to lose- maybe 15lbs but I have zero willpower and cannot stick with anything- this has been for my entire adult life.
Anyway, I am on day 3 and starving. When does that go away?
