Hi everyone-
Hope y'all are doing well. Yesterday marked my ONE YEAR anniversary on MF. To date,
I've lost 67 lbs! Woot!


I also managed to just cross into the 170's--a feat truly unimaginable to me one year ago.
I've even been a little lax the past several weeks (some Halloween candy, pizza, bread, etc), but still managed to lose a few lbs, albeit much more slowly. I think it's because I added the treadmill to my routine 3-5 days per week for 90(!) minutes/day, and it must've significantly boosted my metabolism. I binge watch TV shows (most recently all 7 seasons of Game of Thrones), and the time flies by. I either do speed walking pace (~3.6) which hits 10,000 steps in that 90 minutes, but more recently I've slowed the pace to ~2.5, with the incline at 12%. That's a killer, and I keep feeling like I'll fall off backwards. LOL. BUT I burn a TON more calories, maybe 20-25% more than the speed walking. Thanks
Laura for inspiring me to add exercise.
On Monday, I think that I'm going to go back 100% MF to try to get these last 10-20 lbs. off my body.
In any event, I think about y'all sometimes even though I don't check in as frequently!
