I had read this thread before I decided to recommit to Medifast. I wish it would come back to life. I feel like I'm the only one out here posting on this forum. Come back ladies, please

Dear SweetEpiphany ~ I was one of the regulars on Medifast and this thread. I am following low keto now, having gained about 14 pounds back. Medifast is an excellent resource for losing weight quickly and is nutritionally sound.
I marvel at your success! Because I am no longer using this product I feel that this thread is not the right place for me to be.
I love the Beck thread and participate in some of the challenges you find on these boards.

Who knows? You might just be that inspirational nudge for someone else to join you!!! Keep your spirit alive and reread all the old Medifast threads for support. You will reach your goal. I just know it!

Thank you, MorningGlory1950. I think that I will use some sort of Keto diet once I transition off of Medifast so I might check out those threads too.

Hi everyone-

Hope y'all are doing well. Yesterday marked my ONE YEAR anniversary on MF. To date, I've lost 67 lbs! Woot! I also managed to just cross into the 170's--a feat truly unimaginable to me one year ago.

I've even been a little lax the past several weeks (some Halloween candy, pizza, bread, etc), but still managed to lose a few lbs, albeit much more slowly. I think it's because I added the treadmill to my routine 3-5 days per week for 90(!) minutes/day, and it must've significantly boosted my metabolism. I binge watch TV shows (most recently all 7 seasons of Game of Thrones), and the time flies by. I either do speed walking pace (~3.6) which hits 10,000 steps in that 90 minutes, but more recently I've slowed the pace to ~2.5, with the incline at 12%. That's a killer, and I keep feeling like I'll fall off backwards. LOL. BUT I burn a TON more calories, maybe 20-25% more than the speed walking. Thanks Laura for inspiring me to add exercise.

On Monday, I think that I'm going to go back 100% MF to try to get these last 10-20 lbs. off my body.

In any event, I think about y'all sometimes even though I don't check in as frequently!

SweetEpiphany I'd be happy to continue to post here. I know you popped over to the daily check-ins, and we miss you there!!!

Medifast is a fantastic tool and I would not be here without it!

TWINCA nice to see you!! Glad to hear you're adding exercise, and that is helping me too. Even though I'm doing NOOM now and trying to balance as best as I can, I see a difference on the scale on the days I do not exercise or at least get 10k steps in. Now that my carbs are a little higher than on Medifast, I may even return to run training.

TWINCA congratulations on your progress!

LauraRVA42011 Yes, I should post more on the other board since it is more active. I guess I just wanted to connect with other people on the Medifast journey, specifically, so I was hoping to find that on this board.

Default Hola Ladies ;)

It's been soooo long! I fell off the wagon for a while and then tried wonderslim off and on which didn't give me nearly as much weight loss as Medifast. Just placed an order of Medifast so I will be starting back up in a few day. I hope most of you are still on this thread or can tell me which thread is most active now. Would love to catch up with you ladies
