SweetEpiphany, Great news! Congratulations. I used Medifast for about 4-5 months earlier this year and it really worked for me. I lost about 40lbs but more importantly, even though it is packaged foods, I learned to eat cleaner and healthier. I am using a bit of a modified Medifast plan now with more calories and more exercise. It's a great plan but not something you can live with forever on the 5&1.

I think you're amazing! Stick with it!

Sheila

Thank you SheilaE and MorningGlory1950. I am overjoyed to be so close to the 200s. I haven't been in the 200s in 5 years.

I agree that I can't eat like the forever, but it is a great tool to lose the majority of my weight. Everyone says that maintenance is harder than losing, so I'm trying to take this time to learn how to eat cleaner and learn portion control, like you said, SheilaE.

SweetEpiphany good job on the eating while travelling that you mentioned in another thread. I know how challenging that can be on Medifast. Heck, it's hard when you're just trying to eat balanced!! I travel four times a year and it is always difficult to navigate. Keep up the good work!!
