Hello everyone! I am new to the forum, but not new to Medifast.

I've been off the wagon with stress eating and boredom and have restarted today to get back on track.

I'm almost 30 and mom to a three year old. :)

I like to post to forums to keep accountable and meet people who are experiencing the same things. I was *very* active on the Medifast forums until they blew those up :(

Hi Sarah. I was over on the Medifast site too. I remember seeing your loss pics. It is sad to see what that website looks like now. I restarted Medifast January 1st this year. Glad you're here with us.

Guess my ticker won't post when I'm on my tablet.

I haven't had a chance to log in much, I'm starting a brand new job and living in a hotel room for a couple weeks out of town! I also just had a tooth extracted recently and I'm so thrilled with myself that I have stayed almost entirely on plan (perhaps a bit too much protein here or there).

Was traveling for work the last couple of days myself. And I have jury duty next week - so I may not be around.
