down the final stretch
 

Well I sit here today down 82lbs with 3lbs left to hit my goal. I was eager to hit transition this month but since the holidays are approaching and I want to go off plan on TG and Christmas I decided to finish 2015 on the 5 and 1 and let the scale fall where it does. Meaning 185 will not be the final number I am guessing it will be below that.
The tentative plan is to start transition the 2nd week of January. I also plan to use the motivation on the 5 and 1 and spend 4-5 days in the gym doing cardio and lifting weights to tone up.
