Newbie Medifaster 11/15
 

Hi! I just started Medifast on 11/11. My starting weight is 172, and I hope to get to 130-ish. I was glad to find a Medifast thread. I look forward to knowing you. :)

One Month in.........almost
 

It will be 4 weeks this Tuesday. The first thing I struggled with was getting that 5th Medifast meal in. This week it's been the water. I haven't been perfect and I've had a few nibbles but having gone through Halloween, my Grandsons Birthday, a baby shower I helped host and this week my Birthday, I have eaten pretty clean. At last weigh in I was down 17 and this Tuesday at weigh in I am feeling pretty confident about 20 plus. This is probably the hardest time of year to be getting this life change going and yet the best of time to take control. I am a food abuser and the fact that every day is a battle, I know if I stopped now there would be no lasting result. I am going down and I don't ever want to go back to the horrible patterns I was once in. All of the food has been okay but I do like some things more than others. It is doing it's magic though and it was nice last week to start getting the comments. Just chiming in and hope to get to know some great supporters.:)

There's not a lot on this site as far as Medifasters go... :( I was hoping there would be more here. I've been on MF since after Labor Day and so far I've lost 20 pounds. Good Luck to all!!!

I started on 10/6 I lost 100lbs in 2010 and gained most of it back so I am back. I check in about once a week I miss the support I had in 2010 on MF Boards.

Yeah - the boards sure aren't much over there anymore. I miss them to. They redid the whole website and it really stinks now.

are you a member of any FB support group? I am not and I really don't know anyone in my city doing MF. When I did it in 2010 it seemed like the entire town was on MF. Feeling like no one get it ��
