TSFL program Medifast - Week 1 results!
 

I am happy to say that at the end of week one on the medifast products and modified 5 in 1.5 plan, I started at 347lbs and I weighed in at 333 from Sunday night to Sunday night! That's 14lbs!

Definitely had some hunger for the first few days but it's been getting easier to manage in the past few days.

After week 2 I will start to incorporate exercise and hopefully the results will continue!
