Starting Medifast!
 

My Medifast shipment hasn't yet arrived, but since I'm so eager to start, I'm going ahead with what appears to be a similar shake til it does come. Shopped yesterday for L & G groceries and threw out anything not on the list. So excited to start!

So excited for you!!! My shipment is scheduled to arrive on Monday, 12/30...I'm totally chomping at the bits for it :)

I'm doing medifast and I love it. It is so easy to stick to. Today was my first weigh in day and I lost 9.8 lbs....yay!!!!! I am wanting to lose 100 lbs. I will stick to plan until I reach my goal. Good luck with your journey!

I just started my program Monday and it's going good so far. Definitely feel hungry during the day between meals but I think it's my blood sugar trying to regulate the reduction in calories. Good luck everyone!
