My First Week On Medifast
 

I started Medifast last Monday at a weight of 279. The week went well...no cravings....no headaches. But then WHAM !! Bronchitis !! For me...having bronchitis means having to take steroids. Steroids =I WANT TO EAT EVERYTHING I SEE. But I managed to stick to the diet and the scale showed 267.5 this morning. That's 11.5 lbs in one week. :carrot: I know...I know....I can't expect the same results this week but I am off to a great start !!!

Wow! Well done. Good for you for sticking to plan even though you're sick.

Good job sticking with it, I have had steroids and that is a powerful urge to eat. You will probably find it easier without that medicine.

Just started yesterday, already saw a lb. down this morning. Love that first week loss, it really helps motivate us to stick with it.
