I actually love living low carb in my "regular" food mode, but have put on some weight after a couple injuries (there were other ways I could have exercised, but chose not to). I am passionate in both exercise and laziness...weird combo.
Okay, so chocolate, wine, and dinner with friends was super fun , but I've put back 50 lbs from an original 100 lb loss four years ago.
Just curious when I can post/insert a ticker to report my weight loss journey because I could not find any guidance on this. Can anyone give me some pointers on this? Even on how to do it because I'm new to tickers/html5, etc.
