4 weeks check in
 

So I had my 4-week appointment today. I've lost 16.9 pounds, 13.3 of that was FAT. That's right, 13.3 pounds of fat gone for good! :woohoo:

Do you go to an office? The closest one to me is about 2 hours away so it's all online and over the phone for me. How do they tell y9u how much of the weight is fat?

Yes, I'm lucky there's an office just 4 miles from my house. Once every 2-3 weeks they do a full body scan. It's a scale that you stand on while holding on to a bar with sensors that you place your thumb on. Somehow the scale/scanner measures your water weight, lean muscle mass, and fat weight.

That's amazing!!! I've been on Medifast for about a month and a half and have only lost 7 lbs. Then again, I have hypothyroid which is slowing down the process of weight loss quite a bit.
