Soreness
 

I have noticed that I am sore whenever I do basically anything at all. Anybody else have this happen? The other day I played just dance 4 for about an hour and my thighs burned for the next three days. My arm gets tired when I brush my teeth, and wash my hair. The soreness from those basic activities doesnt lass but during the hygiene regiment it feels like i am working out, which seems pretty strange to me (i promise i washed my hair and brushed my teeth daily before medifast) im not sure why these things feel like exercise now. Any ideas? Is this happening to anyone else?

Maybe you're not getting enough protein? Do you have a counselor or a coach? My counselor said that based on my metabolism I may have to add more protein for muscle recovery when I start working out next week.
