Medifast question
 

I am wanting to start Medifast but it is a little pricey and I was wondering if anyone uses regular foods in place of a couple of Medifast meals a day. If you do is the weight loss the same as if you used Medifast for all 5 meals? Also, how does the food taste? Thanks for any feedback.

I'm new to Medifast (day 3) so I can't really answer your question except to say I think it would be difficult to replicate the balance of nutrients in the Medifast meals. Also, the meals are cheaper for me than dining out or cooking at home.
