What is your Medifast Easter menu?

Help, I just found out that I'm hosting Easter dinner for my family of nine tomorrow. We are going to have plenty of non-Medifast options, but I need a couple of ideas of what I can sneak into the mix to keep me on plan.

ANY ideas are good at this point! Thanks!

I had about 7oz of roast beef and about a cup of red cabbage. Filled me up! :-)
