medifast and coconut oil

I am going to start the medifast program but I would like to keep the coconut oil that I take daily in the program? Anybody have any luck with this or suggestions?

You can use a teaspoon as a healthy fat, and up to 2 healthy fats a day if you choose very lean proteins.
