I would love to hear from some medifast users who met their goal and have had success maintaining! There are lots of posts about thos who gained it back and I want to hear the other side for some encouragement. I've been on program from 11 weeks and lost 35 pounds but still have a ways to go. I'm so nervous about transition.

I'm a month new to Medifast and just wanted to say Congrats on your weight loss!! Post like these help me stay motivated and focused!!

Thanks! I am still moving down! Getting nervous about transitioning. I have had too many friends lose a ton of weight and then gain it back :(
