Lost Weight just Waiting!
 
Well, tomorrow is the big day! I weighed myself today, and took pictures so that way I can track my progress better... One week ago today, I weighed 301.5 and today I am at 295.8 which means that I lost 6 lbs just waiting for my MediFast! Tomorrow is the big day! Wish me luck!:dust:

Pretty darn fantabulous losing weight while waiting for the calorie controlled calvary to arrive. :bravo: I'm test driving :bike:the 4 and 2 daily nutrition plan and it's not flying off like I'd hoped and heard but it's trickling off :snail:and that's what counts, I suppose.
