question about snacks
 

i was just wondering, if you add an optional snack, do u still have to eat 5/1? or can u go down to 4/1?

The optional snack is in addition to the meals. So you follow the basic program, 5 and 1, regardless.

Don't try to cut down further on the food you eat on this program. The calories are already low.
