Met my goal
 

It took 8 weeks but I did it!!!!
I lost 16 lbs and 19 inches on medifast, now comes the transition stage.

This is great cause on week 9 after the 8 week transition, my husband and I fly into Mexico for a 7 day vacation at an all inclusive resort, why do I think that week will be harder than the 8 weeks of transition, LOL

What a great reward and goal to meet with this new way of eating and lifestyle.

Hey! :congrat: :cheer2: :cheer2: That's great! Take along some Medifast meals to help on the trip, and remember your basic principles.
