I stuck to the plan 100% for my first week and it paid off.
My weight today is 192 ! I knew this would work but I never thought I would lose 13 pounds during my first week.
I think part, a big part of it , is to drink lots and lots of water. I drank 120 ounces a day. Flush all the fat right outta here !
It's been so nice meeting so many others on this plan.
Your stories and support got me through the first week.


That is really impressive! Good for you! But you know, although it's important to drink enough water, it's really the foods.
