:carrot: Hey, eveyone! I am on my way to being healthy and small again!! I have given up everything so that this summer I can walk down the beach and not "lay" on it! I tried Medifast for the first time in 2007 and I lost forty seven pounds!!! I got prego 2008 and I just didn't want to do anything but eat ALL the time. I am at a huge one hundred and eighty pounds and I don't completely like myself so that is why Medifast is the way for me until I reach my personal goal again!! I have not tried anything else because this works SO fast!! Happy New Year to everyone!

I am new to medifast..but in the last 5 days, I have lost 9 pounds so I guess it works.....:carrot::carrot::carrot:

Hi Medifast users..question please. How difficult is it to sustain the weight loss after the initial 'diet'? Do you know of people who have made that transfer with success? thanks for the info.
