Following medifast coloric intake
 

Hi I'm so glad I found the medifast topic I did Medifast and it got too expensive although I did lose weight quickly and now I'm back but I'm still debating whether or not If I should just order the shakes and eat reg food according the caloric limit, which is carb 85 -100g/cal limit 1000 fat limit 34 g

I tried South Beach for a couple of weeks last week and didn't loose a thing and that was very discouraging. So I decided to try Medifast again. Today is my first day back to eating at my limit. I had some phentermine appetite suppesent left over so I'm taking those for a couple of days just until I get some of those bad carbs out my body and my hunger gets under control. I wouldn't dare mention this on the Medifast sight there too critical some people just don't understand when you just can't afford it.
