YAY! Starting my VLCD very soon!
 

My insurance will cover my med appts for a $20 copay...I have to pay for the meal replacement.

I went to my primary care dr yesterday and my diabetes is worse. I told him I'm starting a VLCD (which he had suggested 6 months ago, I couldn't afford it) and he was happy for me, said he was about to recommend gastric bypass, I'd be a good candidate (I'd rather do this than have surgery!!).

I'm excited. Did this long ago and was very successful. I'm emailing the weight loss doctor's office back and forth right now. :dizzy:

well, nevermind. i'm going to the liquid diet discussion board. great support over there.
