4-2-1 plan?
Saw this mentioned on the Medifast boards for those who have a lot to lose - any experience with it?
It seems healthier to me. |

The 4-2-1 plan is 4 Medifast meals, 2 full lean and green meals and 1 fruit. This plan is recommended for people who have over 50lbs to lose, diabetics, seniors and very active people. This plan provides more calories and will not get you into ketosis. People do lose on the plan just at a slower rate.
