Hello! I've been reading the different threads for awhile and decided to try Medifast. Hopefully it will kick start my weightloss. I've tried a few different diets and have not been able to stick with them past a few weeks. I ordered a two week supply and should receive them on Monday. Can anyone share some tips to get through the first two weeks?
