Anyone up for a Medifast Challenge that will chart our weight loss, H20, and Exercise? I haven't seen a thread like this and would love to start one. Any takers?:carrot:

once I order my medifast and my stuff gets here I am all for it!!(I hate waiting for the tax return!) I think that would help others in the future to see the results people get from medifast!
