Patiently Waiting On Order
 

I placed my first order yesterday and I am so anxious to get started that I have been drinking slim fast today and trying to simulate the 5 and 1 program until my order arrives. I thought it might help to see what it is like even though the products are different....Any tips on the first week would be greatly appreciated.:wave:

hints............. eat all five of your medifast meals daily........ keep eating, they will start tasting better, I promise. Use your blender with some ice---makes them yummy. Also, you can use coffee in the morning for your shake liquid ( I used it cold, in the blender, like a frap!

Thank you, I was cautious and only ordered enough to get me through about a week. i am scared the taste will be too bad, I am very sensitive to the taste of proteing powder and soy. I am glad to hear it gets better with time. I ordered the banana creme and dark chocolate and some soup. I will definitely try the coffee trick I love cafe' mochas so I will add to the dark chocolate.
