Help with the Medifast Cappacino drink

Hi everyone, I am new and tomorrow will be my one week anniversary of starting Medifast diet. I love my coffee in the morning so I have been drinking the cappacino as my first meal every day. The problem is that it gets all nasty and clumpy and I can only drink about half. Anyone mix it with hot water instead of cold? There has to be an easy fix, but I cant figure it out! Thanks

I mixed everything in my Magic Bullet and didn't have any problems. I drank the Cappacino hot.

If it doesn't matter to you if it's HOT coffee, I make a Swiss Mocha shake lots of mornings using frozen coffee ice cubes. It's great. I freeze almost any liquid, from coffee to Crystal Light, to flavored iced teas (Good Earth's Original tea is naturally sweet, with no sugar at all) and use it to flavor my shakes.

I also freeze marinara sauce in ice cube trays, then only thaw as much as I need, or I'd be wasting a lot. My freezer is full of ziplock bags full of ice cube shaped stuff! Ha!

@Mommyto4: I mix it with hot water here at the office. The key for me to not have it be too clumpy is to only fill my mug about 1/2 way then stir until smooth, THEN top it off with more hot water. There is a thin film of soy-goo at the top, but I usually just eat it with my spoon and keep stirring it occasionally as I drink it to prevent settling. You don't even notice it after a while.

Another tip is that I usually mix in a teaspoon of powdered coffee creamer and 1/2 of a packet of equal. It makes it extra creamy and sweet, so I feel like I'm getting some indulgent S-Bucks treat :)
