I started Medifast on 2/3/09. I lost 9.5 lbs in my first week.

I made a few bad choices but on doing much better now.
5 more pounds and I will enter into onederland - a place I have not been in over 20 years!

Really try to forgive yourself and let it go. You are gonna have slips in the future too and this is also a part of the learning experience along with finding proper foods for when you transition and adding exercise. Hopefully, you can look at it that way.
