back on medifast.
 

I started back on Medifast yesterday. I took a break due to a side effect I found with Medifast..Pregnancy.:carrot: I had my 3rd child 6 weeks ago. So I am at day 2 today. In my insanity of having a 6 yr old a 4 yr old and a 6 week old I decided to go back on Medifast and give up caffeine all in the same day. Have I lost my mind?:dizzy:I am sure of it.
It is alot harder than I remember I keep telling myself I eat because I have to not because I want to.
