Medifast and cheese?
 

Hi everyone,

I just started medifast and I have been looking up recipes and what not, but it seems lots of them have cheese added. I thought I have read all their materials and still can't seem to find where I can add cheese. I am missing something I suppose and I would love to be informed because cheese is always good!!! =) Thanks for your help!:carrot:
