Wonderslim/Medifast Multivitamin Question
 

Hello, for those of you on the Wonderslim or Medifast plans..Do you take an extra multivitamin? The plan is recommending a multivitamin, but there are already vitamins and minerals added to the meal supplements. Just wondering what everyone else is doing..:dizzy:

Hi Jen,

Medifast does not require any additional vitamins or supplements. Everything you need is in the meals.

I think I read that Wonderslim recommends that you take a multi vitamin.
