MF shakes
 

Hi everyone!
I received my first MF variety pack and the shakes are the 55's instead of the 70's that I had been using. (The 70's was from my doctor's office.)
Well, I have to say that the 70's are quite a bit tastier than the 55's.
I enjoyed the chocolate shake from the 70's but the 55's isnt as pleasant of a taste. Anyway, I recall reading somewhere, hopefull here, that someone said they mix coffee in with their choc shakes. Can someone please give me the specifics on that? I think I'm going to try adding to these shakes to make them more appealing.

I think the only difference between the 55 nad 70 is that the 70 has more protien.

As for adding coffee...I stir in 1 heaping teaspoon full of instant coffe in any of the chocolate, Mocha, or vanilla shakes. It is so yummy!
