Smile5, can you explain why we've had a flood of new members posting virtually the same testimonial and a copy/paste line with links? Feel free to email us with the answer. We deleted and banned 5 other members yesterday for spamming us this way and deleted them from this very thread. We'd really appreciate it if you would stop. We have our own support forum here and we're happy here. Anyone that wants to join another Medifast forum instead of or along with our forum is always welcome to do so, but that doesn't mean we're going to turn 3FC into a Yahoo for Medifast or any other product/site.

If you want to join our forum for legitimate reasons, we welcome you with open arms. If you just want to spam and run, then please don't bother signing up. We'll just ban you and you're giving your website a bad reputation.
