New Lifestyle Diet??

Has anyone here done the New Lifestyle Diet? I am curious if it works or people's thoughts on it??

Hi! I've never tried that program, but while I was researching MF I stumbled onto a forum liquiddietdiscussion.com

You might want to check it out. There are a number of people of there using New Lifestyle that have been very successful. Hope that helps! ;)

By the way, are you using MF currently? I just started MF and am on day 5.

I am currently on Medifast, but I know this is for the longgggg haul and I am on day14 and struggling with the food - I only like a few things and I am feeling sad and frustrated because it is a tough go for me. I have been 100 percent on program though....
